


The picturesque shore of Musselman's Lake is the setting of the charming Linden on the Lake B&B. Located
just a short drive north of Toronto, Linden on the Lake offers visitors an escape to cottage country without
having to travel all the way to Muskoka. Only a few minutes' drive from a GO station, Linden on the Lake
is also suitable for people commuting to the city who can arrive downtown in less than an hour. Linden on
the Lake offers free breakfast, has been newly renovated, and features a living room on the main floor
and den on the lower level for guests to enjoy. This guest house offers guests a pleasant break from
the city without having to drive for hours to get to the peace & tranquility of Cottage country!

The Regency room is $100 single or $110 for 2 guest per night.

The Paisley room is $100 single, $115 for 2 guests,
$125 for 3 guests and $135 for 4 guests per night.

The Magnolia room is $85 single or $100 for 2 guests per night.

The Lilac Room room is $90 single or $105 for 2 guests
per night and has it's own private bathroom.

The Garden room is $80 single per night.

FROM THE AIRPORT
Take the 409 East to the 401 Highway.
Continue east on the 401; exit at the Don Valley Parkway.
Keep left to take the 404 heading north towards Newmarket.(DO NOT TAKE THE DON VALLEY SOUTH.)
After about 24 km, exit onto Bloomington Road.
Turn RIGHT onto Bloomington Road.
While travelling east, you cross Woodbine, Warden,
Kennedy, McCowan, Highway 48
and then at the next light, turn LEFT onto Ninth Line.
In about 3
minutes you will come to hills; at the lake the road curves sharply to the right.

FROM DOWNTOWN TORONTO BY CAR
Take the Gardener Expressway East to the Don Valley Parkway north.
Continue north on the Don
Valley Parkway.
Stay in the left two lanes. (DO NOT TAKE THE 401 EXITS ON THE RIGHT.)
The Don Valley becomes the 404 North.

FROM DOWNTOWN TORONTO VIA PUBLIC TRANSIT
From UNION station, take the GO train to Stouffville. The trip will take you about 55 minutes and
the ticket will cost $6.90 for an adult. If you pre-arrange with Linden on the Lake, they
will pick you up at the train station, less than a 10-minute ride.
